We're open to it on a case-by-case basis for early-stage companies with strong signal. Typically a hybrid arrangement — reduced monthly rate plus a small equity stake. We evaluate fit, traction, and team before agreeing to equity arrangements. Book a call and we'll have an honest conversation.
You do, completely. All code, all designs, all assets are transferred to you on final payment. We sign an IP assignment agreement as standard — no shared ownership, no perpetual license clauses, nothing that could complicate your cap table or a future acquisition.
Yes — and we're good at it. Architecture diagrams investors can read, technology choices explained without jargon, scalability story with real numbers. We've done this before and we know what technical advisors and VCs actually ask.
We build for this. Clean code, proper documentation, detailed README, and a handover session with any new engineers you bring on. We don't write code that only we can maintain — that would be a bad deal for everyone.
We sign mutual NDAs before any scoping conversation. We work with startups in different verticals simultaneously and maintain strict information separation between clients. We will not work with two direct competitors in the same space.
We transition you to independence — helping you hire and onboard your first engineers, running knowledge transfer sessions, and staying available for questions. We don't hold your codebase hostage: you should be able to operate without us within 30 days of us handing over.
